The Holy Ghost Emergency Room!

Ladies, what if our class could become the Holy Ghost Emergency room for hurting women? Wouldn't that be wonderful? I certainly would like to be a part of that "medical team" that helps people to heal and at times even saves lives? In my heart, I know we can be that team for Him. As we pray over this next week, lets pray for Him to direct our thoughts and our prayers in how we can reach those hurting women that come through our doors. Lets pray that He equips us to minister mightily to them and love them with His love. The power to do that is in Him. Let us seek Him with our whole hearts and then step back and watch Him move in our hearts as well as the hearts of those whom He brings. Jennifer K. Minister to our hearts that we may be the women of faith that You have called us to be.

Mike and Jan

Ladies, you hear me mention Jan or Mike so often that I thought you might like to see a picture of them. This was made in 1999 at the Children's Center. As you can see, Jan loved her daddy and he almost always was able to get a smile from her. Her daddy was pretty crazy about her too. On days that he could not get up to visit her, often we would put the phone to her ear and let her hear his voice. She would smile from ear to ear.
